Do you have back pain, arthritis or a similar medical or mobility problem?
If so, you may benefit from gentle exercise in a warm hydrotherapy pool
Alternative methods of aquatic activity for people with back pain, rheumatic, joint, mobility and other medical problems.
Held on Thursday evenings, during school term time, 5pm to 6pm in the hydrotherapy pool at Frederick Holmes School, Inglemire Lane, Hull.
The spring term 2010 starts on 7th January
The charge for the term is £12 with a small joining fee to BackCare.
The charge part way through the term will be pro rata.
All prospective members are allowed to try a session with no charge before deciding whether the hydrotherapy exercises will be of benefit to them.
THERE ARE PLENTY OF PLACES AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT.
